Data deletion

Last updated 6 September 2026. This page explains how to ask Converix AI Technologies Private Limited (“Converix”, “we”) to delete personal data we hold. Use this URL as the Meta / Facebook “User data deletion” link.

How to request deletion

Email [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion”. Include:

Your name and the work email we should reply to
Your company name
Whether you are a business customer (or applicant) or an end-user who received messages from a Converix customer
Any WhatsApp Business Account ID, phone number, or workspace identifier that helps us find the records

We will confirm the request and complete deletion, or explain any legal hold, within 30 days where applicable law requires it.

What we delete

Early-access, design-partner, and other enquiry forms you submitted on this website
Workspace account data we store for a customer who asks us to close their account
WhatsApp-related data we hold for that customer: WABA identifiers, phone numbers, templates, and message events stored to operate inbox, campaigns, and delivery

If you are an end-user (you received a WhatsApp message from a business using Converix), we will delete or anonymise records we store that identify you, and we will point you to that business if they are the controller of the conversation.

What we cannot delete for you

Data that Meta or WhatsApp hold under their own products and policies
Copies a customer keeps in their own systems after exporting conversations
Records we must retain for a limited time to meet tax, telecom, or legal duties
